İSG Policy

Safety and health are the responsibility of everyone at Jib Metal. It is both our common responsibility and a function of every Jul Metal employee, business partner and affiliate to create a safe, clean and tidy work site. Our Safety Culture, which we have established in European standards, is more than a set principle, it is a basic business directive and a daily practice. These established safety standards also apply to our suppliers, contractors and all our customers. Through these actions, we continuously aim for the highest standards of security excellence in the form of international standards.

What We Do;

  • We comply with all safety rules established by ISG and Jib, and we apply these rules one-on-one using our individual reasoning.We carry out all our work, including risk or not, in the safest and most attentive way.
  • If the conditions are unsafe, we identify the dangers themselves and stop working.
  • We actively monitor all security opportunities and recommend improvements. We take care of each other’s and our customers’ safety.
  • We comply with the relevant legal sanctions and other obligations that we are obliged to with regard to OHS.
  • We are actively ensuring continuous improvement in all kinds of issues that may be risks related to Occupational Health and Safety with the principle of continuous development and our reward recommendation system.
  • We are closely evaluating a new product, machine, plant, such as Occupational Health and Safety, while at the design stage.
  • We provide the basic Occupational Health and Safety culture to all our staff through planned trainings and we are actively developing it.

What Are We Not Doing;

  • We make absolutely no concessions on safety criteria.
  • Regardless of the circumstances, we do not perform any work unless we are authorized and in charge of the work.
  • We absolutely do not disable regular security audits, checks or balances,
  • We do not skip blocking and reporting accidents or incidents that may cause an accident during the work process.
  • If cases of non-compliance with the rules are noticed, we do not remain indifferent.
